How can I generate invoices for my yogis?

With Momoyoga, you don't need to generate your own invoices for your yogis. Momoyoga generates an invoice in PDF format as soon as a yogi places an order. But where can you and your yogis access these invoices? 

Admins and teachers

Admins and teachers can access invoices in two ways:

From the orders and payments overview

To access a generated invoice from the orders overview:

1. Click orders
2. Click on the print icon next to the order
3. After the download is complete, you can find the file in the download folder on your computer

From the yogis profile 

To access a generated invoice from the yogi's profile:

1. Go to the yogi's profile (or click on the order from the orders overview)
2. Click on the respective order
3. Click on the print icon next to the order
4. After the download is complete, you can find the file in the download folder on your computer

To edit an invoice number

1. Go to the yogi's profile (or click on the order from the orders overview)
2. Edit the respective order by clicking on edit order 
3. Edit the Invoice number field
4. Click on Submit
5. You have now successfully edited the invoice number

To edit your invoice text 

You can add your own text to your invoices. This text will be shown at the bottom of every invoice. To add a text to your invoices:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Studio details
3. Add text to Invoice text
4. Click Save

The new text is now displayed at the bottom of every invoice in Momoyoga.

Yogis

Unfortunately, the system does not send out the invoices to yogis for you. But as soon as a yogi places an order, they can download the invoice right away. They can download the invoice by following the below steps:

1. Go to their profile 
2. Head over to my bookings and orders
3. Select order history
4. 4.Next to the order, you will see a print icon the yogi can use to download the invoice 

Adding your logo to your invoices 

To make your studio instantly recognisable, start by uploading your logo.

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Branding
3. Upload your logo (we recommend using a JPG or PNG file, sized 640×160 px)
4. Click Save

* Note: adding a logo to your plan is only available with certain subscriptions. You can check on this page to see if the branding feature is included in your plan.

Invoices of non Momoyoga products 

If you sell products in your studio besides Momoyoga class passes and memberships (like mats or bolsters), you’ll need to create invoices manually.
We recommend using your own invoice numbering system, for example in Excel, where you can paste order details exported from Momoyoga.
