Exporting data

Available on Momoyoga's paid plans.

Within Momoyoga, you can easily export data such as yogi information, teacher details, or export an overview of your orders. This way, you can use your records outside of Momoyoga.

Note: Exporting data is only available for admins or teachers with the "Full access" role. You can read more about roles and permissions of a teacher here.

How can I export the orders and payments overview?

To export your orders, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Orders
  2. Click on Export at the top-right corner of the screen
  3. Select the File Format (Excel, CSV, or TSV) 
  4. Click Export and a download will start automatically

After downloading, you will find the file in the download folder.

Note: You can export a specific time period for an overview of your orders, filter by payment method, or view only paid or unpaid orders. Simply use the filter option located below the search bar before export.

How can I export an overview of each teacher?

To export the data of the classes given by a teacher you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Teachers
  2. Click on a teacher profile
  3. Click Export and a pop-up appears
  4. Select the start and end date
  5. Select File format (Excel, CSV, or TSV)
  6. Click Export and a download will start automatically

After downloading, you will find the file in the download folder.

How can I use the teacher export to pay my teachers?

With Momoyoga, you can download detailed overviews for each teacher, showing which yogis attended which classes and which memberships or class passes were used. You can also see the estimated revenue per teacher for each class, making it easy to calculate and manage payouts

How can I export an overview of yogis?

To make an export of the yogi's profile, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Yogis 
  2. Click Export
  3. Select the File Format (Excel, CSV, or TSV)
  4. Click Export and a download will start automatically

After downloading the file, you'll find it in the download folder.
