What to do after you've cancelled your Momoyoga account?

Once your Momoyoga account has been cancelled the entered information won't be accessible anymore. That's why we advise you to export your payment, class, and yogi profile records beforehand so you can keep having all records at your disposal.  

Exporting your Orders

  1. Go to Orders from your Momoyoga account's homepage
  2. Click on Export 
  3. Choose the download format of your choice
  4. A download will start automatically

After the download is complete, you can find the file in the download folder on your computer. 

Exporting classes

  1. Go to Teachers
  2. Click on Export to Excel next to the heading Classes held
  3. A download will start automatically

After the download is complete, you can find the file in the download folder on your computer. 

Exporting yogi profiles

  1. Go to Yogis
  2. Scroll down the page
  3. Click on Export 
  4. Choose the download format of your choice
  5. A download will start automatically

After the download is complete, you can find the file in the download folder on your computer. 

Saving PDF invoices

If you want to save the invoices of every order, you'll need to download each invoice manually. 

  1. Go to Orders from your Momoyoga account's homepage
  2. Click on the print icon below Invoice

After the download is complete, you can find the file in the download folder on your computer.
