How can I stop a recurring membership?

An ongoing monthly subscription can only be cancelled by the studio. To do this, go to the profile of the yogi whose subscription you want to cancel.
Please note: yogis cannot cancel an ongoing subscription themselves. However, in their profile under My Schedule, there is a button labeled "Cancel subscription." When clicked, this opens a message that allows the yogi to contact the studio and request the cancellation. This process ensures that the studio retains control over cancellation terms and can apply its own policies.

Steps to Cancel an Ongoing Subscription

1. Go to the yogi’s profile.
2. Click on the ongoing subscription you want to cancel.
3. Select Cancel ongoing subscription.
4. Choose whether to cancel it immediately or set a specific end date.
5. Click Confirm to finalize the cancellation.

After setting a cancellation date, you can still undo the cancellation by completing steps 1 and 2 again. A button labeled 'Undo Cancellation' will then appear.
