What does the yogi customer journey look like?

Many studios that sign up with Momoyoga often wonder what the yogi customer journey looks like. Some of you like to experience the journey by creating a test yogi account. We've saved you the extra work and laid out the route for your convenience below. ?

Customer journey route

  1. Booking a class through the schedule
  2. Completing the payment process

If you already passed the first stop and only need to know how customers complete the payment process, you may proceed to the second stop on the customer journey route. ?

Booking a class through the schedule

If a yogi visits the schedule on the Momoyoga site and wants to book a class right away, they have to click on the Book now link next to the respective class first.

Logging in to their yogi account

If the yogi has yet to create an account or has a valid account but is not logged in, they will see the following log in page: Screenshot 2025-01-30 at 17.03.48.pngIf your yogi's account is recognised, they will be invited to input their password:Screenshot 2025-01-30 at 17.04.58.png

Logging in with a one-time login code

They can also choose to receive a log in code sent to their email address and valid for 15 minutes, allowing them to log in without the need of a password.

Once your yogi has either input their password or their valid log in code, or has signed up to your studio, they will be able to continue booking their spot for your class. If they have a valid membership or class pass which can be used to book their spot, these will appear here, and your yogi will be able to choose of those pricing options for their class booking:

Accepting your Liability Waiver

They will also be able to tick the box to agree with your Liability Waiver if you have chosen to have one for your studio:

Booking a spot for a full class (Waitlist)

If you have opted to have the Waitlist feature switched on for your classes, and the class is at full capacity, your yogi will be notified with a visible banner:

Completing the payment process

If the yogi hasn't purchased a membership or class pass yet, they'll be prompted to do so next. Without a valid membership or class pass, they cannot book any classes.

Once they have clicked on Buy new, a page will appear with the different pricing options available for them to purchase for this class. They can select the pricing option they wish to buy, and continue to the check out.

Once at the checkout, your yogi will be able to choose how they wish to pay for their new membership or class pass, depending on the payment options you have authorised from within your account. In this case, all payment options are on offer for this studio's yogis, so Credit Card payments (online payments through Stripe), PayPal, Cash (Pay later) and Bank transfer.

Congratulations, the membership or class pass has now been purchased.
