How can I temporarily pause a membership or class pass?

Are you pausing classes due to the holidays or another sort of break? At the moment, it is not possible to temporarily stop or pause a membership or class pass, however, you can manually adjust the expiration date to account for this period.

Updating the expiry date of a class pass or membership

  1. Go to Orders
  2. Select the class pass or membership you want to edit 
  3. Click Edit order
  4. Adjust the Start and expiry Date (i.e. to a set number of weeks after the break)
  5. Click Save

At this time, there is no way to bulk update the expiry date; this will have to be done for each valid class pass during the break.
