What happens when a yogi cancels a class?

A yogi can cancel their spot in a class at any time. Whether they receive their credit back depends on the cancellation window you've set. You can read more about how to set a cancellation window here

If the cancellation is made within the allowed window, the credit will automatically be returned to the yogi's membership or class pass. If the yogi cancels after the window has closed, the cancellation will still go through, but the credit will not be refunded.

As a teacher, you have the ability to remove a yogi from the class list at any time, regardless of the cancellation window. When you do this, the credit will always be refunded to the yogi.

Please note: If a membership has usage restrictions (e.g. one class per week), the yogi cannot rebook the cancelled class in a future week. It must be rebooked within the same week as the original class. However, you as a teacher can manually add them to a class in the following week upon request.
