How do I switch from my current direct debit to Momoyoga?

It is possible to convert your current direct debit payments to the method Momoyoga is providing. You can follow these steps:

1. Activate an account with Stripe or activate direct debit with your current Stripe account
2. Cancel direct debit from your current payment provider or bank
3. Make sure all yogis with a recurring membership have the right membership and the membership is set correctly.
4. Go to the membership by going to Pricing > Edit memberships and click the option Direct debit
5. Click Submit

As of the next date for direct debit from the monthly membership will now take place through Momoyoga. The registration of the payments will now be automated and can be found under Settings > Payments and Payouts

Can I also offer recurring payments per week or month?

If you are offering other types of recurring memberships (per week or per 3 months), it is currently not possible to arrange the direct debit with Momoyoga. Direct debit with Momoyoga is currently only possible with monthly recurring memberships.
