How do I set a membership or class pass to "paid"?

If you choose to offer payments by bank transfer or cash and card payments at the studio, the payment status of the purchased product is not automatically paid.

To register a product (class pass or membership) as paid follow these steps:

  1. Go to the yogi profile or the Orders page in your account
  2. Click on the product under Memberships and class passes on the right screen by the pencil icon. 
  3. Select Confirm payment below the Order payment section
  4. Click Confirm

The product is now registered as paid.

Can yogis already use the product?

Please note that the product is immediately valid after the purchase. So even if the product is not yet paid, yogis can already book classes with it.
