How can I end a recurring membership?

You can cancel a monthly membership by looking up the yogi in your account from which you want to stop the membership.

You click the membership you want to stop to open this page, you will see a button to stop te recurring membership. If you click here, Momoyoga will ask for confirmation. The membership now expires on the next collection (renewal) date.

A yogi can not stop a recurring membership themselves. The yogi is able to contact the studio to cancel a membership by going to their schedule and look up the membership. The yogi will see a button to cancel the membership. This will lead to a message which is going to be sent to your studio. This way you can apply your own cancellation terms.
