What are the rates associated with online payments?
With our enhanced online payment feature, studios now will be able to view the rates/fees for each payment provider in Momoyoga.
How to view the rates/fees:
- Login to Momoyoga
- Go to Settings
- Click Payments & Payouts
- Click See rates next to Accepted payments
- Click See rates next to each individual payment provider
Additional rates for legacy Stripe and Mollie
An additional fee is added to your monthly or annual billing plan when you choose to use legacy Stripe or Mollie for your online payments. You can always switch to our Momoyoga online payments feature via Stripe Connect if you don't want to pay additional fees.
Additional rates for the Free plan
If you chose to use the Free plan, you will pay an additional 5% processing fee next to the transaction fees of the payment provider.
