Momoyoga's Online Payments Feature

With Momoyoga, your yogis can easily pay online for your classes and/or videos. You can accept online payments through a variety of payment methods, making it safe and easy for your yogis to pay you through their payment method of choice.

Next to credit card payments, iDEAL, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, Momoyoga offers a great selection of international payment methods so you can welcome yogis from all over the globe.

You’re able to handle all of your online payments within Momoyoga, and with it, you’ll be able to take advantage of these exclusive features:

To enable online payments:

  1. Login to Momoyoga
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click on your Payment settings
  4. Select Online payments
  5. Click on Complete account set up
  6. Here you will be redirected to connect.stripe.com where you will fill out the information about your business
  7. Once your account has been set up, you will be redirected back to Momoyoga

To update the accepted payment methods:

  1. Login to Momoyoga
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click Payment settings
  4. Click Manage payment settings
  5. Select the accepted payment methods you want to offer to your yogis. Here you can also view the rates for each payment method.
  6. Click Save

To view the rates:

  1. Login to Momoyoga
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click Payment settings
  4. Click See rates next to Accepted payments
  5. Click See rates next to each individual payment provider

To view your payouts:

  1. Login to Momoyoga
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click Payment settings
  4. Click View payouts to see your current balance, recent payouts, and account details.

To manage your payout frequency:

  1. Login to Momoyoga
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click Payment settings
  4. Click Manage payment settings 
  5. Adjust your payout frequency from weekly to monthly. 
  6. Click Save

To set up your ID verification:

  1. Login to Momoyoga
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click Payment settings
  4. Click View payouts
  5. Click Account
  6. Click the pencil icon in the first box
  7. Select how you would like to verify your ID and complete the steps

To send the payment reminder email with payment link:

  1. Login to Momoyoga
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click on your Orders overview
  4. Click the unpaid product
  5. Click Edit order
  6. Select Send payment reminder email
  7. Click Submit

To offer a refund:

  1. Login to Momoyoga
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click on your Orders overview
  4. Click on the product you would like to refund
  5. Click on the payment you would like to refund
  6. Click Refund
  7. Type in the amount you would like to refund and the reason
  8. Click Confirm

To deactivate your payments:

  1. Login to Momoyoga
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click Payment settings
  4. Click Manage payment settings 
  5. Click Deactivate payments

Special considerations

  • If you are upgrading from our legacy feature, "Online payments (with Stripe)" and "Online payments (with Mollie)" will no longer be shown.
  • In the enhanced payment feature, there is a "hold" of 7 days on the payments, so if a yogi purchases something on 1 January, it won't be paid out until the next weekly payout after 8 January. This is to cover any disputes made by yogis. 
  • The first payout can take up to +1 week. For security reasons and to prevent fraudulent activities on our platform.”
