There are a number of reasons why a teacher may not have received a welcome email. You can check the following:

  2. Check if the email address is entered correctly into Momoyoga
  3. Try to send the message again


Did the teacher receive the welcome email, but the teacher cannot log in?

  • Let the teacher request a new password
  • Send a new welcome email to the teacher
