A yogi or teacher is having trouble logging in
In this article we discuss the different reasons why a yogi or teacher can have issues logging in to their account.

Using an incorrect email
Sometimes a yogi doesn’t remember which email address is linked to their account. As an admin, you can check this by following these steps:
- Go to the Yogis page
- Select the yogi
- On the yogi’s personal page, you will see which email address is connected to their account
To check the e-mail address of a teacher you can follow the below steps:
- Go to the Teachers page
- Select the teacher
- On the teachers personal page, you will see which email address is connected to their account
You can then verify if this email matches the one they use to log in.
Using an incorrect password
If the yogi or teacher has forgotten their password, they can click Forgot password on the login page. They will then receive a code that they can use to login.
Underneath the e-mail they also have the option to reset their password, and to create a new one they can use for further login.
Blockage on their e-mail
In rare cases, a yogi or teacher may not receive any emails from us. This can happen if their email provider blocks messages from Momoyoga, often because our emails were marked as spam. Repeated spam may lead the provider to block emails entirely.
In these cases you can advise to:
- Mark Momoyoga as a safe sender in their email settings.
- Contact us at info@momoyoga.com so we can lift any blockages on our side.
Accepting cookies
Accepting cookies is important to ensure Momoyoga runs smoothly. If they declines cookies, it may affect performance or prevent successful login. We recommend checking whether cookies are enabled in their browser.
