A yogi is having trouble logging into their account, what can I do?

There are several reasons why yogis may have trouble logging in. Try the steps below to resolve this issue.

Did the yogi received a welcome email?

When the yogi has not received a welcome email, the yogi does not have access to the schedule of your yoga studio.


Have you sent the welcome email, but the yogi did not receive it

There are a number of reasons why a yogi may not have received a welcome email. You can check the following:

  • Check the spam (or junk) folder
  • Check if the email address is entered correctly into Momoyoga
  • Try to send the message again

Did yogi receive the welcome email, but the yogi still cannot log in?

  • Let the yogi request a new password using the online schedule
  • Send a new welcome email to the yogi

Does the yogi already have a password, but he or she cannot log in?

  • Let the yogi request a new password using the online schedule
