Payment reminder emails for bank transfers and pay later payments

If the yogi selected bank transfer or pay later as a payment method, the payment reminder email sent out will include your bank details as well as a reminder that the yogi can also pay directly at the studio via a cash or card payment.

Payment reminder emails for online payments

If the yogi attempted to pay through an online payment, the payment reminder email sent to them will include a link through which they can pay again. By clicking the link, they are re-directed to the Momoyoga check-out page, where they can select which online payment method they wish to use. The option to pay via bank transfer or through cash or card directly at the studio will also be included in this payment reminder email.

Note: As the payment reminder emails are generated through a template used across our entire platform, it is not possible to adjust the offered payment methods in the payment reminder email.

Payment reminder emails for recurring memberships

As recurring memberships work through a direct debit payment, payment reminder emails can be important if the direct debit fails. You can send the yogi a payment reminder email with a payment link to ensure that the recurring membership continues on.

Note: Please note that payments through the payment reminder link are treated as a one-time payment for that specific iteration.

How to send a payment reminder email

You can only send a payment reminder email if the status of a payment is set to “failed” or “not paid”. To do so, you can follow these steps:

1. Search up the order in question under Orders

2. Click the button to send reminder under order payment

Note: If you wish to send a payment reminder email for a recurring membership, you must first select the unpaid iteration of the order before you can send a payment reminder email.
